The retail client onboarding is digital by using our KYC tool or via an interface to the KYC tool of the asset manager. After the delivery of a complete client file, the account opening process only takes a couple of days. Through an interface with the portfolio management tool of the independent asset manager, the execution and custody service is digital too.
