Marleen van der Werff
Marleen van der Werff (1975) is appointed to the board as CFO of AFS Group in February 2022.
Marleen has earned her MBA in Accounting and Finance and CPA from Rotterdam Erasmus University and Psychology from University Utrecht. She started her career at Arthur Andersen as an Auditor. Marleen then went on to build her experience in the Financial Service Industry, including diverse management functions at Citco Group and TMG Group.
With more than 20 years’ experience she is overseeing and managing the financial actions of AFS Group. Marleen works together with AFS Management to determine the direction the company is taking and which route to follow. AFS is analyzed in a comprehensive manner so that the needs of the organization are supported whereby the human factor and social responsibility are guaranteed.
