Hein Siemerink – CEO
Hein Siemerink (1972) was appointed to the board in March 2011. From August 2007 to the end of 2009 Hein had an advisory role in business and product development for AFS Group and was member of the investment committee of AFS Capital Management.
Hein has an Equity Derivatives background. From 1997 to 2007 he worked for ING Financial Markets, his last role being Director Equity Derivatives Single Stocks Europe. Within ING he was also a member of the Equity Derivatives Management Committee and responsible for the education program of the Global ING Derivatives Group.
Hein is founder (2006) and managing partner of Peak Capital. Peak Capital is an early stage investment fund in the TMC sector. Peak Capital runs at the moment a second fund which is appointed as a Technopartner fund.

Marcel Coppejans – Managing Director
Marcel Coppejans (1971) has started his career in 1995 with AOT Money Brokers (merged with AFS in 2000). Soon after that he joined the arbitrage desk and started combining several money market products and derivatives. In 1998, at the time of the introduction of the Euro, Marcel successfully set up a CD/CP desk. This desk also offered Treasury Bills and Bond Tails. Representing AFS, Marcel is actively targeting and approaching new markets, giving presentations to clients and prospects. He also advises on treasury related issues.

Ramon Soesbergen – Managing Director
Ramon Soesbergen (1974) started his career in the financial industry in 1997 with IMG Holland. In 1998 he joined IWB. After a buyout in 2010 Ramon became managing director of IWB. Late 2012 after the merger of IWB with AFS, Ramon became managing director of AFS Equity & Derivatives Desk and a member of the management team of AFS Group.
